Privacy Policy

1. What we store

Only the data you submit for your public entry: name or brand, description, social links, website, and the image you upload if you upload one.

We also store the amount paid, the creation date and the reset date of your entry, because that is what the ranking is made of.

2. What we do not store

We do not store card numbers, bank details or any payment credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which acts as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy.

We do not require an account, a password or a phone number.

3. How we use it

Your data is used to display your entry on the public leaderboard, to process your payment through Stripe, and to prevent abuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Retention

Live entries are deleted from the leaderboard at each 24-hour reset and moved to an internal archive of past cycles.

You can ask us to delete your archived entry at any time by writing to hola@bidflex.lol.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing hola@bidflex.lol. We answer within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your language and, for administrators only, a session cookie for the admin panel. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
